    A basic support package can take many forms. For example, we can allocate a monthly pool of hours for you to utilise as you wish.

  • 2. Dedicated resource support desk

    Perfer to allocate personnel for a specific number of hours per week? We can facilitate this as well!

  • 3. Service Level Agreements

    Sometimes a rapid response is required, whether it be a critical severity incident involving your software, or you just want to be able to call us and get a quick answer to your question. Our SLA support packages can be tailored to suit your business needs.

  • 4. Out-of-hours support

    Typical support is available during our office hours of 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday (excl. bank holidays). We can offer support packages that also include support availability outside of this time window.
